Analisis Kompolnas Soal Hasil Survei Citra Positif Polri 73,1 Persen
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kepolisian negara Republik Indonesia genap berusia 78 tahun. Menginjak usia 78 tahun, Polri diharapkan mampu bertindak lebih tegas dan profesional.Hasil Survei Litbang Kompas pada 18 hingga 20 Juni 2024, menunjukkan 73,1 persen responden menilai positif citra Polri.
Presiden Joko Widodo mengapresiasi citra Polri yang membaik. Presiden berharap Polri bisa lebih profesional dan tidak tebang pilih dalam menyelesaikan masalah.
Sementara itu Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo meminta maaf jika masih ada kekurangan di Polri. Kapolri berjanji membuka ruang kritik dari masyakarat.
Saat ini masih ada sejumlah kasus yang jadi sorotan publik, yaitu kasus kematian Vina Cirebon, serta kasus Afif Maulana, anak 13 tahun di Sumatera Barat yang diduga tewas disiksa polisi karena terlibat tawuran.
Kepolisian diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan sederet kasus hukum dengan transparan dan adil demi mempertahankan citra positif dan kepercayaan masyarakat.
