- Ay Geçişi (Lunar Flyby) Hazırlığı: 6. uçuş gününde yapılacak Ay gözlemi için kabin içi kamera, ekipman ve ışıklandırma testlerinin yapılması.
- Orion Mürettebat Desteği ve Termal Sistemler Yöneticisi Paul Beam ile Çevresel Kontrol ve Yaşam Destek Sistemi (ECLSS) ile alan/kütle tasarrufu sağlayan gıda ısıtma üniteleri üzerine görüşme.
- Tuvalet (WC) kullanımı sırasında rapor edilen yanık kokusunun uçuş kontrol ekibi tarafından değerlendirilmesi ve operasyona devam onayı verilmesi.
- Derin Uzay Ağı acil durum iletişimi testleri ve Kanada Uzay Ajansı (CSA) ile yapılan uydu bağlantısı.
