Мы привыкли измерять каждую поездку: среднюю скорость, пульс, мощность, километры. Но в какой момент катание перестало быть отдыхом? Почему даже любимое хобби иногда начинает утомлять так же, как работа? В этом ролике я размышляю о том, как погоня за результатом незаметно лишает нас самого главного — удовольствия от процесса.

Я расскажу о ситуации из собственной жизни, когда понял, что мы намереваемся ехать не маршрут в кругу брузей, а маршрут в кругу цифр на экране. О том, почему мы всё время мысленно находимся либо в прошлом, либо в будущем, и как велосипед может стать редким местом, где получается наконец оказаться в настоящем моменте.

Этот разговор не о том, чтобы ехать медленнее или отказаться от спорта. Он о другом: как снова научиться отдыхать, замечать дорогу, ветер, тишину и возвращаться домой не только уставшим, но и внутренне восстановившимся. Возможно, именно этого сегодня многим из нас не хватает больше всего.
