Kuasa Hukum Pegi soal Kejati Minta Penyidik Polda Jabar Lengkapi Berkas: Ini Parah Banget

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM menanggapi soal Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Barat yang meminta penyidik Polda Jabar untuk melengkapi berkas Pegi terkait kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky Cirebon.

"Berarti, alat bukti yang dilampirkan oleh penyidik Polda Jawa Barat itu alat buktinya belum memenuhi unsur ke arah Pegi Setiawan adalah pelaku pembunuhan. Ini parah banget," ungkap Kuasa Hukum, Pegi Setiawa pada Rabu, (27/6/2024).

"Penyidik Polda Jawa Barat tidak akan bisa melengkapi alat bukti, karena memang alat buktinya itu tidak ada," lanjutnya.
