Choc au Togo : Le discours qui surprend le monde. Faure casse les codes.
Lors du 9ᵉ Congrès panafricain de Lomé, Faure Gnassingbé a prononcé un discours qui a surpris beaucoup de monde. Un discours profondément panafricain, critique de l’ordre international, appelant à l’unité africaine, à la souveraineté et à la reconquête du récit du continent.Mais derrière la force des mots, une question s’impose : comment comprendre un tel discours lorsqu’il émane d’un dirigeant souvent perçu comme inscrit dans un système post-colonial classique ?
Dans cette vidéo, je prends le parti de ne ni applaudir mécaniquement, ni rejeter par réflexe, mais d’analyser calmement ce discours, son contexte et ses implications. Contrainte structurelle, langage diplomatique, stratégie d’image, calcul politique ou conviction bridée : plusieurs pistes sont explorées pour comprendre ce décalage apparent entre le discours et la pratique.
Au fond, la question centrale n’est peut-être pas pourquoi il parle ainsi, mais ce que l’Afrique fera de ces paroles, avec ou sans lui.
