Nir Gelar di Kandang, PBSI Tatap Olimpiade usai Melempem di Indonesia Open 2024

Persatuan Bulu Tangkis Indonesia (PBSI) membantah pernyataan Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Menpora), Dito Ariotedjo, terkait hasil buruk para atlet Tanah Air di Indonesia Open 2024.

Menpora menyebut para atlet sengaja menyimpan tenaga demi menghadapi Olimpiade 2024. Namun, hal itu dibantah tegas Kepala Bidang Pembinaan dan Prestasi PP PBSI Ricky Soebagdja.

“Pastinya tidak seperti itu karena ini Super 1000. Dari persiapan sebagai tuan rumah dan level turnamen ini level mereka, seharusnya bisa raih gelar,” ucap Ricky dalam konferensi pers di Istora Senayan, Minggu (10/6/2024).
