안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 제가 정말 기다리고 기다리던 알배기 꽃게회에요!💕
사실 저는 작년에 처음 꽃게회를 먹어봤는데
그 이후로 그 맛을 잊지를 못해서
“언제 알배기철 오나..” 하면서 계속 기다리고 있었거든요🥹
솔직히 처음에는 저도 게를 생으로 먹는다는 게 조금 생소했어요!
아무래도 꽃게는 보통 찌거나 탕으로 많이 먹다 보니까
회로 먹는 건 낯설게 느껴질 수도 있잖아요🦀
근데 진짜 한번 제대로 먹어보면 생각이 완전히 달라져요!
일단 비린내가 정말 하나도 없고
신선한 꽃게 특유의 달달한 감칠맛이 미쳤어요😭💕
특히 알배기철 꽃게는 살 자체가 엄청 달고 꽉 차 있어서
씹을수록 게살 단맛이 계속 올라오더라구요✨
그냥 짠맛만 나는 게 아니라
은은하게 달달한 바다향이 퍼지는 느낌인데
그 맛이 진짜 너무 매력적이에요🥹
꽃게회는 아직 안 드셔본 분들도 많을 것 같은데
해산물 좋아하시는 분들이라면 꼭 한번 드셔보셨으면 좋겠어요🦀
특히 지금 알배기철이라 살도 좋고 알도 꽉 차 있어서
가장 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 시기인 것 같아요✨
참! 꽃게회는 그냥 먹으면 안되고
꽃게를 손질한 뒤 물에 담가 소주 한 병 넣고
레몬 있으면 같이 넣어 30분 정도 담가주세요🍋🍶
그 후 냉동실에 1시간 정도 넣어두면
살이 살짝 얼면서 쫀쫀하고 탱글탱글한 식감이 진짜 최고더라구요
저도 작년에 처음 먹고 반해서 올해 알배기철만 기다렸는데
역시 기다린 보람이 있었어요🥹💕
이번에도 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다🫶🏻
