In Piemonte, anche nelle ultime settimane ha piovuto molto, eppure anche questa pioggia, come quella caduta durante l’inverno, o come l’acqua che deriva dallo scioglimento delle nevi, andrà perduta perché non ci sono invasi che la raccolgono. Quello che ci sono di invasi bastano appena a raccogliere il 10 per cento dell’acqua che cade durante l’anno sotto forma di pioggia o di neve. Più che fare nuovi grandi invasi però la soluzione potrebbe venire da una diversa cura del territorio e dalla realizzazione di piccoli invasi diffusi, come ci spiega Massimiliano Borgia, della Coldiretti di Torino, che ci porta a conoscere alcuni esempi, come quello di Giorgia Pallaro, coltivatrice diretta, che sui suoi terreni a realizzato alcuni laghetti per raccogliere l’acqua e irrigare, anche nei periodi di siccità.
