Jokowi bak membela sang putra sulungnya dengan menyebut, Gibran bisa dimakzulkan jika melakukan pelanggaran.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Jokowi di kediamannya, Sumber, Solo, Jawa Tengah, Jumat (6/6/2025).
Jokowi menyatakan, desakan tersebut adalah bagian dari dinamika demokrasi yang lumrah terjadi dalam sistem politik terbuka.
“Itu dinamika demokrasi kita. Biasa saja. Biasa. Dinamika demokrasi kan ya seperti itu,” ucap mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta ini.
Menurut Jokowi, pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden di Indonesia dilakukan dalam satu paket.
Yakni, tak seperti di negara lain seperti Filipina yang dilakukan secara terpisah.
