Dokter Gadungan di Bantul Tipu Pasien Rp538 Juta, Kedok Terbongkar Setelah Dicek RS
BANTUL, KOMPAS.TV - Polisi menangkap seorang dokter gadungan di Bantul, Yogyakarta, yang menipu pasien hingga Rp538 juta.Berpura-pura sebagai dokter, perempuan ini berhasil menipu ayah dan anak yang datang berobat ke rumah kontrakan yang dijadikan klinik kesehatan.
Namun, kedoknya terbongkar setelah kedua korban memeriksa ke rumah sakit dan hasil diagnosis dari dokter gadungan itu tidak benar.
Akibat perbuatannya, tersangka kini dijerat pasal berlapis terkait tindak penipuan dan Undang-Undang Kesehatan, dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama lima tahun dan denda Rp500 juta.
