• Butter (Unsalted Butter) — 250g
• Gula icing (Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar) — 90g
• Kuning telur (Egg Yolks) — 2 biji
• Esen vanilla (Vanilla Extract / Vanilla Essence) — 1 sudu kecil
Bahan B (Ayak bersama / Sift together)
• Tepung gandum (All-Purpose Flour / Plain Flour) — 280g
• Tepung jagung (Cornstarch / Corn Flour) — 60g
• Baking powder — 1 sudu kecil
• Secubit garam (Pinch of Salt)
Bahan tambahan
• Cornflakes — ½ cawan (ramas halus / finely crushed)
• Susu tepung (Milk Powder) — 2 sudu besar (±16g)
• Nestum (Nestum Cereal) — 2 sudu besar (±18g)
• Cornflakes — 4–5 cup (ramas kasar / roughly crushed)
NOTA TIPS
• Jangan pukul adunan terlalu lama, cukup sekadar sebati supaya biskut kekal ringan.
• Pastikan cornflakes salut elok pada adunan untuk hasil yang cantik dan rangup.
• Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara supaya biskut kekal crunchy lebih lama.
