Tetangga pasutri itu pun sempat berupaya mencegah pria itu sebelum menyulut korek api ke tubuh istrinya.
Dilansir dari TribunTangerang, rekaman CCTV detik-detik pria bakar istrinya di Cipondoh itu viral di media sosial X.
Dalam rekaman CCTV tersebut, tampak pria yang diduga suaminya membawa wadah berisi bensin, kemudian ditumpahkan ke badan istrinya.
Saat sang istri berontak, suaminya pun mencoba menyulutkan api.
Meski sempat dicegah oleh sejumlah tetangganya, tubuh sang istri itu langsung terbakar hebat.
Warga yang ada pun sigap menyiramkan air ke tubuh istri yang terbakar.
Korban pun hanya tergeletak di halaman rumah seusai aksi pembakaran oleh suaminya itu.
Kapolsek Cipondoh, Kompol Evarmon Lubis juga telah membenarkan aksi pembakaran tersebut.
"Dapat kami sampaikan benar bahwa tadi malam sekitar 21.00 WIB telah terjadi KDRT," kata Kompol Evarmon Lubis
Lubis menduga, peristiwa itu terjadi lantaran adanya kesalahpahaman antara pasutri tersebut.
"Berdasarkan informasi awal, ada miss komunikasi dengan istrinya, dan dia langsung karena lagi emosi," katanya.
