Hakim Tersangka Kasus Suap CPO Kembalikan Rp2 Miliar, Begini Keterangan Kejagung
KOMPAS.TV - Tersangka kasus suap penanganan perkara ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO), sekaligus Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Djuyamto, mengembalikan uang suap senilai Rp2 miliar kepada Kejaksaan Agung.Hakim tersangka kasus suap penanganan kasus CPO tersebut menyerahkan uang suap melalui kuasa hukumnya kepada penyidik Kejaksaan Agung pada Rabu (11/06) siang.
Kapuspenkum Kejagung, Harli Siregar, mengatakan uang yang diserahkan akan disita oleh Kejagung dan dijadikan barang bukti dalam berkas perkara.
