La proprietà dello spazio gli aveva chiesto, al rinnovo del contratto, il raddoppio della cifra e una importante ristrutturazione dei locali di circa 600 mila euro, con una trattativa destinata a fallire. Con il risultato che la storica sigla High Tech lascerà piazza XXV aprile tra pochi giorni.
