USA: Dieser Maskenmann terrorisiert eine ganze Nachbarschaft!Eine Joggerin wird am frühen Morgen in Philadelphia von einem maskierten Mann verfolgt. Trotz ihrer Fluchtversuche bleibt der Unbekannte zunächst hinter ihr. Dann wechselt er die Straßenseite und verschwindet. Die Polizei fahndet mit Video- und Fotoaufnahmen nach dem Mann. Laut vorliegenden Angaben soll er bereits polizeibekannt sein und Menschen in der Nachbarschaft wiederholt bedroht haben. Besonders verstörend: Er soll Opfer gefragt haben, ob sie bereit seien zu sterben.
