Para guru menuntut agar TPP disamakan dengan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) struktural lainnya.
Para guru di sejumlah sekolah beramai-ramai memasang spanduk bertuliskan mogok kerja.
Spanduk ini membentang di gerbang dan pagar depan dan pintu masuk sekolah.
Koordinator Aksi Guru, Theo Trinita mengaku berbagai upaya telah dilakukan namun tak membuahkan hasil.
Sehingga aksi ini adalah puncak kekecewaan dari para guru.
Menurut para guru, nilai TPP justru semakin menurun dalam beberapa tahun terakhir.
Sebelumnya TPP yang diterima guru sebesar Rp 3,5 Juta, kini hanya Rp 2,5 Juta.
"Perbedaan ini makin terasa jauh dengan pegawai struktural yang memiliki golongan sama, tapi menerima TPP lebih besar. Keadilan itu yang kami perjuangkan,” tegasnya.
Mereka menilai pemberian TPP selama ini tidak adil, sehingga meminta untuk disamakan dengan ASN struktural dengan golongan yang sama.
