PFLEGEREFORM: "Linnemann erteilt Absagen" – SPD mit Wahnsinns-ForderungenZwischen Union und SPD droht ein schwerer Streit über die geplante #Pflegereform: Vor der entscheidenden Kabinettssitzung am Mittwoch prallen gegensätzliche Positionen aufeinander. WELT-Korrespondentin Luisa Stangl ordnet in #Berlin die Lage ein. Zur Finanzierung mahnt Gesundheitsminister Karsten Linnemann zur Eile: „Wir müssen dieses Sparpaket jetzt verabschieden, denn im kommenden Jahr, da droht schon eine Lücke von acht Milliarden Euro.“ Das Wichtigste in Kürze: - Warum blockiert die SPD? Nach den Landtagswahlen bremst die #SPD bei Kürzungen und fordert Entlastungen wie einen Pflegedeckel oder Beiträge von Privatversicherten. - Was will die Union? Friedrich Merz und Minister Karsten Linnemann pochen darauf, dass die Reformen ohne Abstriche umgesetzt werden müssen. - Gibt es noch Hoffnung? Linnemann zeigt sich optimistisch und verweist auf frühere Einigungen kurz vor der Kabinettssitzung; im Oktober soll zudem eine Kommission für langfristige Strukturfragen eingesetzt werden. Ob sich die Koalitionspartner bis Mittwoch zusammenraufen oder ob es zu einem politischen Kuhhandel kommt, bleibt vorerst offen. Für die Pflegeversicherung steht finanziell enorm viel auf dem Spiel.
