Отмечается, что направление номер один — это безопасность и оборонная промышленность. Украина продемонстрировала устойчивость во время войны и теперь делится своим опытом.
Что касается военно-технического сотрудничества, этот вопрос также обсуждался и имеет широкие перспективы как для Украины, так и для Азербайджана.
