In his first press conference since the war began, Netanyahu says “Iran is no longer the same Iran” and has suffered blows to the IRGC and Basij forces.Here’s what he’s said:

Asked about Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei and Hezbollah’s Naim Qassem, Netanyahu said he wouldn’t take out any “life insurance” on those leaders. He said Khamenei was a “puppet of the Revolutionary Guards” who could not appear in public.
He reiterated that they can create conditions for a regime change, but that it was up to the Iranians to take to the streets, saying “at the end of the day, it depends on you. It is in your hands”.
Netanyahu said he spoke with Trump nearly every day and that they spoke “openly”.
