Iran war: Trump threatens to 'obliterate' Iran's infrastructure in Truth Social post
Thousands of U.S. troops arrive in Middle East as the U.S. continues its war with Iran.The U.S. has destroyed 11,000 targets within Iran since Operation Epic Fury kicked off, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said. The Pentagon estimates that over 90% of Iran's air force and navy have been destroyed in the conflict. Over 70% of their missile stores have also been destroyed, Leavitt said.
President Trump said the U.S. and Tehran are in "serious discussions" about ending the war in Iran and have made "serious progress" in a Truth Social post on Monday.
"The United States of America is in serious discussions with A NEW, AND MORE REASONABLE, REGIME to end our Military Operations in Iran," Trump wrote.
