KDRT Putri Balqis Bukan yang Pertama Kali, Polisi: Hukuman Bisa Bertambah untuk Suami
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Polda Metro Jaya mengungkap kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) terhadap seorang istri di Depok bernama Putri Balqis bukan yang pertama kali.Dirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi menyebut penganiayaan sebelumnya dilaporkan oleh Putri Balqis di tahun 2016.
Dalam penanganannya, kasus KDRT tersebut diselesaikan dengan cara restorative justice.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Dirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi saat ditemui di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jumat (26/5/2023) siang.
"Setelah dipelajari penganiayaan terhadap istri bukan hanya sekali, 2016 sudah pernah dilakukan pelaporan tapi restorative justice," ujar Dirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta, Jumat (26/5/2023).
Hengki mengatakan Polda Metro Jaya mempertimbangkan penambahan pasal 64 KUHP karena perbuatan yang diduga berulang tersebut.
Imbasnya, hukuman terhadap suami Putri Balqis, Banu Bayumi bisa bertambah sepertiga.
