* 125 g almonds
* 8 tbsp sugar
* 1 egg white
* 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
* Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
* Divide the filling into 13 equal portions.

* Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
* For syrup: mix 50 ml warm water with 2–3 tbsp honey.
