Mereka adalah Direktur Pemasaran Pusat dan Niaga PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Maya Kusmaya dan VP Trading Operation PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Edward Corne.
Kejagung dalam rilis pada Rabu (26/2) malam mengungkapkan, Maya dan Edward punya peran masing-masing.
Maya memerintahkan dan memberi persetujuan kepada Edward untuk lakukan blending BBM Pertalite dan Pertamax.
Selain itu, Maya dan Edward juga berperan melakukan pembelian atau mengimpor Pertalite namun dibeli dengan harga Pertamax.
Pembelian jenis BBM itu berdasarkan persetujuan dari Riva Siahaan selaku Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga yang sebelumnya juga telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
