Intip Kesibukan SPPG Kalijati Siapkan 3.000 Lebih Porsi MBG Setiap Hari | SAPA PAGI
KOMPAS.TV - Program Makan Bergizi Gratis dari pemerintah sudah berjalan di banyak sekolah. Di SPPG Kalijati, Subang, tiga ribu lebih porsi MBG disediakan setiap harinya.Seperti inilah kesibukan persiapan Makan Bergizi Gratis di Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi atau SPPG Lanud Suryadarma, Kecamatan Kalijati, Kabupaten Subang, setiap harinya. Aktivitas mulai dilakukan sejak pukul 11 malam.
Dimulai dari pencucian food tray hingga mempersiapkan bahan-bahan untuk dimasak.
Setiap harinya, SPPG Lanud Suryadarma memproduksi 3.593 paket MBG untuk 11 sekolah dan satu posyandu.
Proses memasak terbagi ke dua sesi.
Sesi pertama pukul 3 pagi dan didistribusikan pukul 7 pagi untuk siswa SD.
Kemudian sesi kedua, memasak pukul 6 pagi dan didistribusikan pukul 10 pagi untuk siswa SMP dan SMK.
Hal tersebut dilakukan agar jarak waktu dari proses memasak hingga dikonsumsi siswa tidak terlalu lama.
Sementara itu, salah satu petugas SPPG, Endang Ahmad, mengatakan program MBG sangat membantu perekonomian keluarganya.
Endang juga bangga bisa terlibat di program MBG yang bertujuan agar anak Indonesia tumbuh sehat dan cerdas dengan gizi yang baik.
Siswa SD Negeri Angkasa 1 Kalijati, Subang, juga berharap program MBG ini terus berjalan dan tidak berhenti di tengah jalan.
Pemerintah terus berupaya agar program ini berjalan lancar dan semua anak yang membutuhkan bisa mendapatkan makan bergizi setiap hari di sekolah.
