Компанія "Кампарітет", яка виграла конкурс як управитель, пообіцяла щомісяця передавати державі 1 мільйон 600 тисяч гривень. Незалежно від того, здадуть щось в оренду — чи ні.
Але при цьому компанія має всього 4–5 людей у штаті.
Юристи — сторонні. Працівники — відсутні. У самій будівлі — лише директорка.
Як таке ТОВ планує управляти величезною будівлею в центрі столиці — незрозуміло.
Федерація профспілок свого часу створила для цього повноцінне господарське управління, з усім функціоналом — від електропостачання до водовідведення.
А тепер виходить, що управитель від АРМА отримав лише стіни і підлогу — без систем, без персоналу, без розуміння, як усе це має працювати.
Конкурси проведені, позови подані. А майно — деградує.
