Seit drei Wochen lässt US-Präsident Trump gemeinsam mit dem israelischen Ministerpräsidenten Netanjahu den Iran bombardieren. Selbst nach dem Tod zahlreicher Führungsfiguren denkt das Mullah-Regime bisher nicht daran zu kapitulieren. Im Gegenteil: Iran setzt auf maximale Eskalation, indem er den Handel mit Öl und Gas empfindlich stört. In der Straße von Hormus, eine Schlagader der fossilen Weltwirtschaft, stauen sich die Tanker, in den Golfstaaten brennen Gas- und Ölfelder.

Die Folge: Die Preise ziehen kräftig an. Welche Folgen hat der Energiepreisschock für die deutsche Wirtschaft? Was passiert, wenn der Krieg noch länger andauert? Was wird dann aus dem zarten Wirtschaftsaufschwung, den die Bundesregierung den Menschen für 2026 versprochen hatte?
