안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 대맛조개랑 소라를 맛있게 구워 먹어봤어요!
저는 원래 조개류를 정말 좋아하는데
불 위에서 지글지글 익어가는 조개를 보고 있으면
먹기도 전부터 괜히 설레는 것 같아요!
먼저 대맛조개는 익으면서 안에 있던 촉촉한 육즙이 올라오는데
한입 먹어보니 살이 탱글탱글하면서도 정말 쫄깃했어요!
씹을수록 조개 특유의 은은한 단맛과 감칠맛이
입안 가득 퍼지는 게 너무 맛있더라구요!
조개가 너무 뜨거워서 혼났지만
역시 조개구이는 갓 구워서 뜨거울 때 먹어야 제맛인 것 같아요
입천장 데일 것 같으면서도 못 참고 바로 한입 먹게 되는 맛🤣
소라는 대맛조개와는 또 다른 매력이 있더라구요
대맛조개가 탱글하고 촉촉한 느낌이라면
소라는 조금 더 단단하면서 오독오독
쫄깃하게 씹히는 식감이 좋았어요!
불판 위에서 조개가 익으면서 보글보글 끓는 모습도 너무 좋고
따뜻할 때 바로 꺼내서 먹으니까
촉촉한 육즙까지 그대로 느낄 수 있어서 더 맛있었어요!
저는 해산물을 워낙 좋아해서 그런지
이렇게 조개랑 소라만 구워놔도 정말 행복해요
화려한 양념이나 특별한 조리법 없이
신선한 해산물을 그대로 구워 먹는 게
오히려 본연의 맛을 제대로 느낄 수 있어서 좋은 것 같아요!
