A Kunság-szesz Zrt. kiskőrösi szeszfőzdéjében jártam, ahol megmutatták, hogyan készül a pálinka. Mivel vegyes pálinka készült, ezért alma volt a fő alapanyag. Az almát először ledarálják, pépesítik, majd a cefrében megindul az erjedés, indulhat a főzés. Kóstoltunk elő, közép és utópárlatot is, majd a végén kész szőlőpálinkát. És természetesen beszéltünk a technológiáról is, azaz, hogy mit takar a tornyos és mit a kisüsti technológia.Megmutatták azt is, hogyan készül a Mátyás keserű, ami egy gyógynövényes likőr, 30 féle gyógynövényből. Itt először egy kivonat készül ezt dolgozzák fel, több lépésben. A töltőüzemben megnéztük, hogyan zajlik ezeknek az italoknak a palackozása.
