AGAM, KOMPAS.TV - Tersesat dan kelelahan saat berwisata alam, seorang warga negara asing asal Jerman terjebak di tebing Ngarai Kayu Gadih, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat. Proses evakuasi berlangsung dramatis selama empat jam.Jorg Ulrich Wilhelm, wisatawan asal Jerman, terjebak di dinding tebing Ngarai Kayu Gadih, Kabupaten Agam, Provinsi Sumatera Barat.
Pria berusia 67 tahun itu nekat memanjat tebing ngarai agar dapat keluar dari kawasan hutan karena tersesat.
Namun, di pertengahan jalur pemanjatan, Jorg kelelahan dan tidak sanggup melanjutkan pendakian maupun turun kembali.
Proses evakuasi Jorg pun tidak mudah karena medan yang curam dengan tinggi mencapai 45 meter. Setelah empat jam, Jorg akhirnya berhasil dievakuasi.
Posisi Jorg yang terjebak di atas tebing diketahui usai ia mengirimkan pesan kepada pengelola tempatnya menginap.
