The Hoover Institution is launching its most ambitious initiative in decades, the Economic & Security Commons, to help answer that question.
Inspired by George Shultz, this effort convenes leading scholars and practitioners to renew American leadership, strengthen democracy, and expand opportunity in a rapidly changing world.
As America approaches its 250th anniversary, this is a call to rethink, reaffirm its founding ideals, and lead at home and abroad.
