Fünf Jahre ist die Flutkatastrophe mittlerweile her: In der Nacht vom 14. auf den 15 Juli stiegen die Pegelstände auf Werte, die bis dahin unvorstellbar schienen. 136 Menschen kamen in Rheinland-Pfalz ums Leben, 49 in Nordrhein-Westfalen. In Erftstadt und Bad Münstereifel standen die Menschen wie vielerorts nach der Flut vor der Frage: Aufgeben oder Aufbauen? Wie geht es ihnen heute, fünf Jahre nach der Flut?
