Cuba presume ecomóviles en Sancti Spíritus: ¿logro o señal de miseria?

El régimen cubano presentó como un avance significativo la incorporación de 48 ecomóviles eléctricas en tres municipios de Sancti Spíritus, incluyendo Yaguajay, Trinidad y la cabecera provincial. Los vehículos, fabricados por la industria militar de la provincia, operan desde mayo del año pasado bajo la administración de la Agencia de Taxi local y cubren rutas clave, entre ellas la que conecta hospitales de la ciudad.

El comentarista del video cuestiona duramente que el Ministerio de Transporte de Cuba, después de 67 años en el poder, presente como logro histórico la compra de unos 45 carritos eléctricos chinos que cualquier empresa privada podría adquirir con un crédito. Señala que Cuba fue históricamente uno de los primeros países de América Latina en contar con automóviles y tranvías, lo que hace aún más contrastante el estado actual del transporte público en la isla.

El análisis concluye que celebrar este tipo de soluciones como un triunfo del sistema refleja la profundidad de la crisis que vive el pueblo cubano, y llama a los cubanos a rechazar conformarse con la precariedad y a exigir un cambio real de fondo.
