„Keine Klatsche“, aber blaue Augen für CDU und SPD – Reporter zur Kommunalwahl in Niedersachsen
Bei den Kommunalwahlen in Niedersachsen hat sich die CDU am Sonntag als stärkste Kraft vor der SPD behauptet. Beide Parteien erlitten den vorläufigen amtlichen Endergebnissen zufolge allerdings deutliche Verluste im Vergleich zur letzten Kommunalwahl im Jahr 2021.Laut dem am Montagmorgen veröffentlichten vorläufigem Ergebnis der Kreiswahlen kam die CDU auf 27,2 Prozent, während die SPD bei 24,6 Prozent lag – -4,5 Prozentpunkte für die CDU, -5,4 für die SPD. Massiv zugelegt hat die AfD (+11,3 Prozentpunkte): Sie kommt insgesamt auf 15,9 Prozent der Stimmen.
Damit hat die AfD die Grünen als dritte Kraft in Niedersachsen überflügelt. Diese erreichten 14,1 Prozent. Gegenüber der Wahl 2021 ist das ein Minus von 1,8 Prozentpunkten.
