Hakim Tegur Anak SYL di Sidang: Nggak Perlu Saudara Nangis, Ini Sudah Terjadi Semua
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV Inilah momen Anggota DPR yang juga Mantan Menteri Pertanian Syahrul Yasin Limpo, Indira Chunda Thita diingatkan oleh hakim saat persidangan.Hakim meminta Thita untuk tidak perlu menangis saat menjadi saksi di sidang kasus gratifikasi dan pemerasan.
"Nama Saudara disebut-sebut seperti pertanyaan saya, stem cell ya tadi yang Rp200 juta oleh Bambang, itu kan nama saudara tercemar," ujar Hakim Rianto Adam saat sidang di Pengadilan Tipikor pada Rabu (5/6/2024)
Hakim kemudian bertanya soal niat untuk melaporkan orang-orang yang membuat Namanya tercemar.
"Ini kan terbuka untuk umum, semua melihat, diliput semuanya, ya kan? Apakah Saudara punya niat nggak melapor orang-orang ini? Supaya jelas semua, yak an," Kata Hakim.
"Nggak perlu saudara menangis, nggak ada ininya ya, ini sudah terjadi semua, terbuka semua dan itulah faktanya seperti itu," ujar Hakim merespons suara tangisan Thita.
