Ученые отчаянно соревнуются со временем, потому что современные обработанные диеты, индустриальное сельское хозяйство и интенсивное использование антибиотиков активно уничтожают важное микробное разнообразие, необходимое нашим организмам для базового пищеварения и иммунитета.
