Protesta pacífica logra restablecer la electricidad en Cuba

Una protesta pacífica por los apagones reunió a residentes de la Zona 14 en Cuba, según el testimonio incluido en este video. La manifestante afirma que vecinos cerraron la calle para exigir condiciones dignas y que la electricidad fue restablecida alrededor de las 7:15 de la noche.
