MA Ubah Aturan Batas Usia Calon Gubernur, Pakar: Indikasikan Jelas untuk Kaesang
TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Pakar hukum tata negara, Bivitri Susanti menyebutkan putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) terkait perubahan syarat usia di Pilkada Serentak 2024 indikasinya jelas untuk Kaesang Pangarep.Diketahui melalui putusan Nomor 23 P/HUM/2024, MA mengamanatkan KPU untuk mengubah Pasal 4 ayat (1) huruf d Peraturan KPU.
Dikutip dari Tribun News, Semula syarat calon gubernur dan wakil cagub minimal berusia 30 tahun terhitung sejak penetapan pasangan calon, menjadi setelah pelantikan calon terpilih.
"Buat indikasi ke Kaesang itu. Saya melihatnya tiga hal pertama dari polanya sama persis yang satu MK (Gibran) satu lagi MA (Kaesang)," kata Bivitri kepada awak media, Senin (10/6/2024).
Lanjutnya kalau misalnya dilihat siapa yang punya jeda waktu tiga bulan sudah digadang-gadang, hanya Kaesang.
"Soalnya beda antara hitung saat penetapan calon dengan pelantikan hanya tiga bulan. Kalau kita lihat sekarang siapa lagi umurnya setipis itu dengan pelantikan ya cuma dia. Jadi buat saya ini sangat jelas," terangnya.
Terakhir kata Bivitri yang mengajukan gugatan ke MA yakni Partai Garuda, sama dengan waktu putusan MK untuk Gibran. (Tribun-Video.com)
