"Facciamo una premessa: quello sui dazi è un accordo sottoscritta dall'Ue per nome e conto dei Paesi. È un accordo che chiude una stagione di incertezza e impedisce una guerra commerciale. Questo è il primo elemento positivo. Poi bisognerà vedere nei dettagli vantaggi e svantaggi, per dare un giudizio complessivo bisogna vedere la conclusione di tutto l'accordo settore per settore. L'obiettivo ovviamente è arrivare a zero dazi per zero dazi, ma il 15% è sostenibile dal sistema economico europeo ed italiano. L'opposizione ha sempre detto che bisognava fare le trattative insieme all'Europa e noi abbiamo sempre sostenuto il lavoro della Commissione Europea. Da europeisti siamo lieti che la Commissione Europea abbia fatto il suo dovere" così il Ministro Tajani, intervenendo alla conferenza in cui è stata presentata la tappa finale degli Stati Generali del Mezzogiorno.
