Cựu Chủ tịch FLC Trịnh Văn Quyết chuẩn bị hầu tòa vụ thao túng chứng khoán và lừa đảo
PLO | TAND TP Hà Nội dự kiến mở phiên tòa xét xử ông Trịnh Văn Quyết và các đồng phạm trong vụ án lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản; thao túng thị trường chứng khoán; lợi dụng chức vụ, quyền hạn trong khi thi hành công vụ; cố ý công bố thông tin sai lệch hoặc che giấu thông tin trong hoạt động chứng khoán từ ngày 22-7 tới đây. Trong vụ án này, ông Trịnh Văn Quyết cùng hai em gái là Thị Thúy Nga và Trịnh Thị Minh Huế bị xét xử về các tội thao túng thị trường chứng khoán và lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản. Theo cáo buộc, với mục đích chiếm đoạt tiền của các nhà đầu tư để sử dụng vào mục đích riêng của mình, Trịnh Văn Quyết đã sử dụng Công ty Faros làm công cụ, chỉ đạo các bị can khác thực hiện hành vi gian dối, tăng khối vốn góp chủ sở hữu tại công ty này từ 1,5 tỉ đồng lên 4.300 tỉ đồng. Tiếp đó, hoàn thiện các thủ tục để niêm yết cổ phiếu tương ứng với giá trị vốn góp khống của Công ty Faros trên sàn chứng khoán; sử dụng sàn HOSE làm công cụ, phương tiện bán cổ phiếu, chiếm đoạt tiền của các nhà đầu tư. Ông Trịnh Văn Quyết đã bán hơn 391 triệu cổ phiếu hình thành từ vốn góp nâng khống cho 30.403 nhà đầu tư trên sàn chứng khoán, chiếm đoạt 3.621 tỉ đồng.#trinhvanquyet #trinhvanquyethautoa #thaotungchungkhoan #baophapluattphcm #tinnhanh
