Dengan demikian, Adies Kadir (Golkar), Ahmad Sahroni (Nasdem), Nafa Urbach (Nasdem), Eko Patrio (PAN), dan Uya Kuya (PAN) yang kini telah dinonaktifkan oleh partainya tetap masih berstatus anggota DPR RI.
“Baik Tatib maupun Undang-Undang MD3, memang tidak mengenal istilah nonaktif,” ujar Said saat ditemui di Gedung DPR RI, Senin (1/9/2025).
Said menegaskan bahwa setiap anggota DPR RI masih berstatus aktif sampai ada pergantian resmi melalui mekanisme pergantian antar waktu (PAW).
Oleh karena itu, lanjut Said, kelima anggota Dewan yang telah diumumkan nonaktif oleh masing-masing partainya secara teknis masih menerima gaji dan tunjangan lainnya.
Meski begitu, Said enggan berkomentar lebih jauh soal keputusan yang telah diambil PAN, Golkar, dan Nasdem.
Di sisi lain, Seorang emak-emak yang juga merupakan Wakil Ketua NasDem Jakarta Utara Erlyyani Utami meminta Ahmad Sahroni untuk pulang.
Ia juga meminta Sahroni untuk menyampaikan permintaan maaf kepada masyarakat Indonesia.
"Pulang pak, kasihan rakyat, demi ketentraman dan keamanan tetap terjaga," kata Erlyyani. (Tribun-Video.com)
