Verkehrsunfall zwischen Straßenbahn und Auto in Heidelberg
Heidelberg: Am Dienstagmittag gegen 13 Uhr kam es in der Bergheimer Straße in Heidelberg zu einem Verkehrsunfall zwischen einem Opel und einer Straßenbahn. Ein 46-jähriger Autofahrer war in Richtung Bismarckplatz unterwegs, als er verbotswidrig über die Gleise wenden wollte.Dabei kam es zur Kollision mit einer parallel fahrenden Straßenbahn. Der Opelfahrer wurde bei dem Unfall verletzt und musste von der Berufsfeuerwehr Heidelberg aus dem Fahrzeug befreit werden. Er wurde anschließend in ein nahegelegenes Krankenhaus gebracht.
Vier weitere Insassen im Opel blieben unverletzt. Der 42-jährige Straßenbahnfahrer erlitt leichte Verletzungen.
Der Opel war nach dem Unfall nicht mehr fahrbereit und musste abgeschleppt werden. Es entstand ein Sachschaden von rund 17.500 Euro. Die Bergheimer Straße war während der Unfallaufnahme gesperrt, der Schienenverkehr konnte gegen 15:20 Uhr wieder freigegeben werden. Receive SMS online on sms24.me
