Tartaleta de Banana, caramelo y chocolate -SIN HORNO, SIN AZÚCAR-.
Ingredientes para 6 porciones | Molde de 18 cm
Paso 1 | Base de Nueces
1 Taza | 120 g de Mix de Frutos secos o Almendras/Maní o Galletas
30 g de Chocolate negro para fundir o agua
Caramelo *Opcional -Puedes no ponerlo y listo
100 g de Dátiles + 200 ml de leche de Vaca o Bebida vegetal
5 g de Gelatina Neutra o agar a gar
Relleno:
1-2 bananas cortadas en rodajas Gruesas
50 g de Chocolate negro sin azúcar + 50 ml de Leche para la salsa de chocolate
❄️ Refrigerar | 3 h o toda la noche para un sabor más concentrado y delicioso.
*Una vez listo Se conserva dentro de un tapper o recipiente hasta por 4 días en la nevera o refrigerador.
