Çin ve Rusya, İran’ı neden yalnız bıraktı?
İran, İsrail’in hava saldırıları ve ABD’nin müdahaleleriyle doğrudan bir savaşın içine çekildiğinde, gözler yıllardır stratejik ortaklık kurduğu Rusya ve Çin’e çevrildi. Ancak Tahran’ın beklediği askeri destek sahada karşılık bulmadı. Kremlin yalnızca Buşehr’deki teknisyen varlığına atıf yaptı; oysa İran, Ukrayna Savaşı'nda Moskova’ya binlerce kamikaze İHA ve mühimmat desteği sağlamıştı. İran’a yönelik saldırılarda ise Putin yalnızca diplomatik açıklamalarla yetindi. Çin de benzer şekilde, saldırıları kınadı ancak somut hiçbir yardımda bulunmadı. Bu tavırlar, İran kamuoyunda Rusya ve Çin’in asıl önceliğinin ekonomik çıkarlar olduğu yönünde rahatsızlıklara yol açtı. İran, yıllardır nükleer programı ve balistik füze yatırımlarıyla kolektif güvenlik mekanizmalarından uzaklaştı. Hava kuvvetlerini ihmal etti, bu da İsrail karşısında savunmasız kalmasına neden oldu. Sahada yalnız kalan İran, Rusya’dan talep ettiği hava savunma sistemlerini de alamadı. Çin ise enerji güvenliği ve ekonomik istikrarı öncelikleyerek çatışmadan uzak durdu. Yaşananlar, İran’ın dış politika stratejisinde ciddi sorgulamalara yol açabilir.
