Una nuova bocca eruttiva si è aperta sull’Etna, nella Valle del Bove, a circa 2.550 metri di altitudine, nelle vicinanze di Monte Rittmann. A comunicarlo è l’Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV), Osservatorio Etneo, che ha rilevato l’apertura intorno alle 11.30. Sul fronte della sismicità, nelle ultime 24 ore il tremore vulcanico ha registrato una lieve e progressiva diminuzione, mantenendosi tuttavia su valori elevati. Le sorgenti del tremore, inoltre, risultano ancora concentrate nell’area del cratere Voragine, a circa 3.000 metri sul livello del mare.
