Voglio dire che l'Italia è un Paese libero e sovrano e che la nostra Costituzione è chiara: l'Italia ripudia la guerra. Nessun capo di Stato straniero può permettersi di attaccare, minacciare o mancare di rispetto al nostro Paese e al nostro governo. Siamo avversari in quest'aula, ma siamo tutte e tutti cittadini italiani e rappresentanti degli italiani e non accetteremo attacchi o minacce al governo e al nostro paese: su questo chiediamo una condanna unanime".
