Pelanggaran tersebut diketahui Bahlil seusai meninjau langsung perusahaan tambang di Raja Ampat bersama pemerintah daerah setempat.
"Terdapat beberapa pelanggaran konteks lingkungan, dengan mempertimbangkan hasil temuan di lapangan," ujar Bahlil dalam konferensi pers di Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta, Selasa (10/6/2025).
Oleh karena itu, Bahlil menyebut Presiden Prabowo Subianto memutuskan untuk mencabut izin empat perusahaan tersebut yang lokasinya berada di luar Pulau Gag.
Pengumuman tersebut disampaikan Bahlil dalam konferensi pers di Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta, Selasa (10/6/2025).
Ia didampingi oleh sejumlah anggota Kabinet Merah Putih, sepertu Sekretaris Kabinet Letkol Teddy Indra Wijaya hingga Menteri Sekretaris Negara Prasetyo Hadi.
Saat Bahlil menyampaikan paparannya, Teddy tampak begitu serius menyimak dan menatap Menteri ESDM.
