안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊막창, 곱창, 대창 이렇게 세 가지를 먹어봤어요!
내장 좋아하시는 분들은 아시겠지만
맛은 있어도 조금만 먹어도 느끼하잖아요?
그래서 막창에 쪽파를 넣어 굽고
매콤한 양념이 발라져있는 대창을 준비했어요!
먼저 막창은 어느 정도 익어가면서 기름이 나오기 시작하면
그 기름에 쪽파가 같이 볶이듯 익거든요
이게 생각보다 조합이 너무 좋더라구요
막창 특유의 쫄깃하면서도 탱글탱글한 식감은 말할 것도 없고
쪽파에서 올라오는 은은한 향이
기름진 맛을 잡아줘서 훨씬 깔끔하게 느껴졌어요
쪽파를 같이 먹으니까 입안이 훨씬 산뜻해지는 느낌!
곱창은 입안에서 곱이 퍼지면서 고소함이 입안 가득!
기름진데도 느끼하지 않고
오히려 계속 먹고 싶어지는 그런 맛이었어요!
대창은 겉은 노릇하게 구워지고
안쪽에는 기름이 꽉 차 있어서
한 입 베어 물면 기름이 확 퍼지는데
굉장히 고소하고 진한 풍미가 느껴졌어요
근데 가장 느끼한 대창을 제일 늦게 먹은게 실수였나 봐요
앞서 먹었던 막창 곱창도 어느정도 느끼함이 있어서
대창을 먹는데 솔찍히 조금 버겁게 느껴지더라구요..😭
그래서 먹다 조금 남겼는데
