CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Yudia Alamsyah, kuasa hukum Liga Akbar menyebut proses penanganan kasus Vina Cirebon semrawut sejak awal.Menurutnya, banyak keterangan yang dituliskan di BAP namun tak sesuai keterangan saksi, sehingga banyak yang mencabut kesaksiannya karena di bawah tekanan.
"Diputus dulu Saka Tatal baru diperiksanya Liga Akbar. Kalau lihat dari cacat atau tidaknya, ini proses hukum sudah semrawut, karena Liga Akbar diperiksa satu kali tapi masuk tiga berkas," ujar Yudia, Sabtu (15/6/2024).
