Многие заметили, что, даже нЕкогда престижный Петербургский Международный Экономический Форум, который в своё время привлекал иностранные инвестиции в экономику россии, в итоге превратился в большой мыльный пузырь. С виду он красивый и яркий, но внутри него пустота. Ну, а инвестировать в пустоту, как мы понимаем, желающих практически нет.
