Continuo a porre il tema della necessità che l'Europa avvii una riflessione comune e pragmatica sulle modalità di una sua interazione con Mosca. Difendere i confini del diritto non ci impedisce di tenere aperti i canali necessari a raggiungere i nostri obiettivi.
